The Round Table

Updated: Apr 22

On January 26th, I gathered with my closest girls over Tacos & Macarons and we talked about all the taboos in a woman's life.

There is so much we aren't "allowed" to talk about for the sake of everyone's comfort, but our own. So many secrets we hold to the detriment of our mental health.

What if you could tell it all and feel as though you are being heard?

Scratch that - and KNOW that you are being heard.

Opening the door for vulnerability gave me insight on their grief - Often time we do not think that our feelings will matter. Not realizing that they already do.
